We are naturally drawn to babies. We want to make them smile and keep them happy. We say things like "stop growing so fast!" We cherish them!
So what changes? What makes us impatient with our older children? Why do we not cherish time with a teenager? Maybe you do.
If you can look at your 8 year old who just said "no" and crossed his arms or your 16 year old who just rolled her eyes and cursed under her breath - and see that baby face - maybe just maybe you can send that same message of being cherished and loved. Wonder what would happen next?
